          Do I need to keep them refrigerated ?

          Our supplements are best kept in the fridge as we do not add any preservatives or nasties to them.


          The sticky supplements can solidify and turn hard and the oily supplements can turn to oil. You would lose around 15%-30% of their potency if this happens.


          50% of our supplements are sticky or oily so it is best to store them in the fridge to stop this from happening.
